1. Brief Description
This tube machine is used for producing FDY tubes, POY tubes, DTY tubes, film cores, kraft paper cores, etc. Through changing core/tube shafts. It consists of paper stands, gluing stands, wax applying stand, tube forming device, inline cutter and automatic tube falling bracket. This MC adopts drive shafts to drive winding heads. Drive shafts are driven by 4 steps Motor through Turbine Transmission case. Drive shaft is more powerful and durable than drive chain, so MC runs very stably, and the produced tubes have very high strength. This technology is the most important to paper tube MC.
