Product Description
1.Brief Description
(1) Our paper bag production line consists two parts, one is paper tube making machine, another is bottom pasting machine.
(2) This production line can make 2-4 color printing, bottom valved paper bags.
(3) This kind of bags can be used for packing cement, mortar, chemicals materials and other granule or powder materials.
(4) Bags can be 2~4 layers kraft paper or clupak paper and one layer of PE material.
HT series paper tube making machine can produce multi-ply paper tube. Material paper reels being unwinding automatically, multi-layers paper tube will be formed automatically. Perforation, tearing down, tension control, deviation rectifying, counting is controlled automatically. A multi-color flexo printing machine is connected with this machine, paper tube can get 2-4 color printing.
HD series bottom pasting machine does pasting work to the paper tube. Bottom of paper tube can be folded automatically and pasted with glue, another end of tube also will be glued and valve patches can be pasted at this end. This machine can paste different kinds of valve patches at the bottom of bag.
