 High-Speed PE Coating Machine 

1.Brief Description
This production line adopts polyethylene (PE) material extrusion machine for film coating. The PE material is absorbed to material canister by automatic drying and material absorbing device. Then the material would be melted, after filter, the melted PE is distributed evenly onto the T shape mould. And finally it can be coated onto base material evenly.

2.Features:
This is the advance model of PE coating machine. It has multi-extrusion mould, multi- working station, The coating and compouding can be done by one step.
Our machine are using Siemens PLC for easy setting and operation, all parameter can be set by the touch screen.
