• Features of the folding device:

  Complete sizes with cutting length of 175 mm,180mm,185 mm,190mm,200mm, and 210mm; with a width of lines 3 lines,4 lines,5 lines, 6 lines, 7 lines, 8 lines, 9 lines, and 10 lines.

  Full automatic control: PLC computer programming, frequency conversion speed regulation, multi-screen touch-type operation system, all-time monitoring, and parameter changing.

  Professional suspensive control box with easy operation and nice looking.

  Novel transverse cutting knife: the upper knife is a pneumatic separation integral fixed knife and the lower knife is integral rotary knife, making it easy to thread the paper and adjust to avoid blade damage by blocking and unclear cut.

  Longitudinal cutting knife and edge-embossing devices are dovetail clamping with separate pneumatic control for easier operation. Moveable rubber arc spreading roller prevents wrinkles or dust on the paper.

  The machine adopts synchronized girdle, flat belt transmission and cone-type tension adjusting with precise transmission and maintenance-free operation.

  Wallboard and full piece steel board floor enable solid structure and steady operation.

  Two pairs of upper and lower large-diameter embossing rollers in a parallel position to ensure embossing effects.

  Bevel wheel synchronized positioning for high precision transmission, low noise, and maintenance-free performance.

  Synchronized girdle transmission for low noise and maintenance-free operation.

  Push and pull clutch for ease of disconnecting transmission when the embossing machine is not used to avoid iding wearing of an embossing roller.

  Independent pneumatic pressuring for ease of paper threading effectively buffers machining damage when paper winds on the embossing roller.
