1.Working Princeple:
EXC series PE Extrusion Laminating & Compounding Machine adopts polyethylene (PE) material extrusion machine for film coating and multi-layer packaging material production. The PE material is absorbed to material canister by automatic drying and material absorbing device. Then the material would be melted, after filter, the melted PE is distributed evenly onto the T shape mould. And finally it can be coated onto base material evenly. 

2.Features:
(1) This is the advanced model of PE coating machine. It has multi-extrusionmould, multi- working station, The coating and compouding can be done by one step. 
(2) This machine is suitable for production of paper-PE, plastic-PE, aluminum foil-PE, paper-PE-aluminum foil, paper-PE-aluminum foil-PE-plastic, chemical fabric-PE, EVA-PE, nonwoven fabric-PEand other material. 
(3) The second unwinding function is installed on the machine. The products made by this machine is widely used for Milk or Juice paper carton prodution. For higher peeling strength requirements of the compounded material, the binder agent applying, coating & drying device will be installed.
(4) This is optional configuration. EXC series PE Extrusion Laminating & Compounding Machines are using Siemens PLC for easy setting and operation, all parameter can be set by the touch screen.
