Part One : Brief Introduction
The machine is used for producing parallel paper barrel/drum(round or square) automatically. It consists of paper stand, gluing device (automatic cycle system with gear pump), paper cutting device, drum winding device, drum inline cutting device, surface/label paper pasting device, drum discharging device. This machine vacuum-absorbs paper on mandrel automatically. The mandrel is retractable/collapsible mandrel which will make drum discharging easily from mandrel. The machine is controlled by Siemens PLC, Touching panel and Delta inverter.
