Product Description

1. Description
This machine is used for pasting valve bag bottom automatically. It is controlled by Delta PLC, Inverter , Touching panel.

2. Specification
1). Max. Speed: 110pcs/min
2). Distance between bottoms center: 330-670mm
3). Finished bag length: 430-780mm
4). Tube width: 340-550mm
5). Bag bottom width: 90-125mm
6). Valve paper pasting function: valve paper length is 150-300 mm. Valve paper width is 130-290 mm. Valve type: Internal sleeve valve, external sleeve valve, and reinforced valve. When the bag tube is abnormal, the valve paper pasting unit has the functions of automatic degumming and paper removal from machine.
7). It has the function of pasting reinforcing paper on outside of bag bottom. Reinforcement paper weight: 75-90gsm, Reinforcement paper width: 80-125mm, Reinforcement paper length: 200-450mm, max. diameter of the reinforcement paper reel: 1300mm. When the bag tube is abnormal, this unit has the functions of automatic degumming and paper removal from the machine. The paper traction is driven by a servo motor. The length of the paper can be set on the touch screen.
