Advantages of GBPQII products:
GBPQII model products have firstly realized inching washing in our country, that is the wire runs one circle, the shower moves 1mm then stops; After the wire runs another circle, the shower moves another 1mm. In this way to realize the shower's inching moving reciprocating and realizes the automatic and interlock operation for the first time.
GBPQII model products adopt stepping motor and PLC control system in order to adjust the speed and stroke on line. This product can not only adjust the shower's reciprocating moving speed (5~210mm/min) widely and freely according to the real machine speed, wire length and nozzle space following the shower theory; But also adjust the stroke so to wash evenly with overall width coverage.
GBPQII model's three running mode:
Auto-washing mode: According to the machine speed, wire length, nozzle diameter and nozzle space, input the parameter via touch screen to realize automatic washing, no interlock with the machine speed;
Interlock running mode: A signal of the wire running speed is fetched through the sensor from the external and transmitted to the controller; In this way to realize the shower moves one nozzle space (generally 1mm) while the wire runs one circle. No matter how the machine speed changes, the shower moving speed changes with it to realize thorough washing in the real sense.
Mode of communication with the upper machine: Communication with the upper machine using on-site data to realize changing according to the paper machine speed, so to wash completely.

Wire washing theory
It proved on many paper machine application that the best cleaning efficiency is showers reciprocating speed is one nozzle diameter when the wire/felt runs a circle.
Electric-control system uses programmable controller (PCL)— — Text human-machine interface (HIM), integration host (PLC— — HIM host) and stepping motor to form digital-control location system. Under the control programme, this system can accurately control the moving time and location to fulfill the best washing efficiency.
As adopt PCL-HIIM for the control host, this control system has the advantage of high reliability, accurate control, convenient connection with the upper machine, free control mode, convenient parameter setup and usage.
This control system can be applied to upper machine communication with the speed interlock control of different paper machine control system. Interlock control can realize the best washing of "non-omission washing" according to the wire length and real machine speed of different parts. This control mode can't be compared with simple reciprocating washing mode not only in the washing efficiency but also in the washing effect. The merits of this control mode is more visible at high-speed paper machine.
This control system can set different parameters of wire length, step, stroke, shutoff test and washing mode. Parameters set and running data can be made by the human-machine interface. The human-machine interface using simple Chinese, using and operation is very convenient.
