Introduction:
This machine is used for producing parallel paper tubes and cutting long tubes into required length automatically. It consists of paper reel stand, automatic paper edge grinding&dust collecting device, gluing device, paper cutting device, tube winding device, tube cutting device, tube discharging device. It is equipped with Siemens PLC, Touching panel, Delta Inverter, Delta Servo motor, Omron sensor, Hydraulic system. One remote control handset is with machine. Operator can operate this machine more conveniently with this handset. This machine also has the function of remote monitoring of internet of things(Remotely diagnose machine faults. That means the machine can be connected to internet. In this way our engineer can go into the software and check/correct any problems caused by operating error.)
